Miklós, the goal is to reach completeness. How can you control that? Let’s see that in the given example. Being intensely in love gives us a glimpse of the completeness. Do you think it is possible to control that?

Attila, isn’t the main purpose of personal development to pint out, that Yes… really all those circumstances are really in our control?

As you say, peace is in your case what accompanies your moments of intuition of completeness. You don’t necessarily have to be in love…

Completeness or what I think it is seems to be more close to the feeling of peace to me, which is very far from being in love in my case that’s more like a thrill. Something that can never be enough and still it doesn’t mean a thing. But these are just different experiences…

teodora, thanks for pointing that out. I meant it like you say, I just left out ‘usually’.

Regarding the ‘joy’ part, I think in that particular state to which I am referring, (being intensely in love) these are accompanying states of mind, emotions, no way they should be considered equals, even in the context. Still, these accompanying states are there in these intuitions of completeness. Don’t you think?

thats a bit contradictory unless you meant that they were “usually” beyond our control, before we learn to reach them..
I dont think that completeness is equal to joy.
