How to start? Where to start? How to be sure if you are on the right way? At first you have to look for something safe that will act as a point of support. You will need some certainty, something reliable. Something to relate to whenever you need to.
If you will assign this point of support outside of you, it might not be always at hand. It might fail helping you out when you need it most. Then you have to look for something that is always with you. Maybe something inside of you.
